The Oriental Food and Gift Store is fully registered for Value Added Tax (VAT) with the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA).  Most of our products are standard rated supplies.  These are supplies that attract VAT at the prescribed standard rate 16% at time of publication.

The Oriental Food and Gift Store stands behind all our food and gift products. We have provided a guideline below of approximate shelf life of our products:

You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the purchase. Products that have been used will be refused. If the return is a result of our error, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and delivery charges if applicable.

Our store opening times vary depending on the outlet.  We are open public holidays and currently have stores in Woodlands, Chilanga and Rhodes Park in Lusaka - Zambia.
