This coconut milk works especially well in curries, but can also be used for making cakes, candies, cookies, ice cream, coconut jam (kaya), and other preparations where coconut milk is required. Mae Ploy brand is thicker and richer in fat content compared to their Chao Koh brand coconut milk and can be diluted with water if a thinner consistency is desired.
