1. Stir-fry: Soak the rice vermicelli in hot water for about 3-5 minutes then drain. Stir-fry prepared sliced or cubed meat together with shrimps, mushrooms or desired vegetable. Add in rice vermicelli and seasoning and fry for 1-2 minutes.
2. Deep fry: Put the rice vermicelli in boiling oil (straight from the pack) and it will float to the surface when ready. It is also a delicious dish with cooked shredded meat. Mushroom etc are added after deep frying.
3. Cooked in soup: Boil the rice vermicelli with your favourite soup for a few minutes and add condiments before serving.
