Checking Order Status

Registered customers can check and track their orders online.  Our online store has the following order statuses. Pending, Confirmed, Cancelled, Shipped.  You will receive a confirmation message that the shop has received your order so please do not travel to the store until you have received this confirmation.

Payment and Invoicing Information

The Oriental Food and Gift Store is fully registered for Value Added Tax (VAT) with the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA).  Most of our products are standard rated supplies.  These are supplies that attract VAT at the prescribed standard rate 16% at time of publication.

Store Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the purchase. Products that have been used will be refused. If the return is a result of our error, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and delivery charges if applicable.

How Do I Cancel My Order

Once an order has been placed in the online store and you would like to amend or cancel, you will need to contact us immediately quoting the order number and provide details of any changes or amendments to the order. Once the order has shipped, we are unable to cancel or amend the order.
